Horizon

I love the act of braiding,
my shadow on the wall as
I did it today was so lovely.

It reminds me of —- some days.

hard, hard to believe, to remember.

I’m a lover of so much,
I want to take my own portraits,
but my camera isn’t quite there yet,
can’t see me through the peephole,
no matter how hard I turn the lens
to focus focus focus
