You and Me

Could go, really, anywhere.
People have moved across oceans with less.
And we’re good at being saving money,
even now,
with my job that pays below minimum wage,
and your job that pays just above.
If we go out to dinner two times less a month.
That could be $50 or $75. And then we could just go.
Like sell everything
and leave.
Or abandon all of it,
I’m sure someone would take the table and the bookshelves and the desks.

Probably not our bed though. It isn’t high quality,
and we’ve been sleeping on it for years.

But if you’d like to try something new.
I wouldn’t be totally against it.
